What affects the cost
Every property is different, so we don't publish a fixed price list – instead we give every customer a free, no-obligation quote based on their specific job. The main things that affect cost are:
- How much needs clearing – a single room costs less than a full house
- Access – stairs, parking and how far items need to be carried
- Whether items can be reused or resold, which is offset against the cost
- Whether the property is inside or outside our local catchment area
No upfront payment
We don't ask for any payment before the work starts. You pay once the clearance is complete and you're satisfied. Within our local catchment area – Jesmond, Heaton and the surrounding suburbs listed on our areas we cover page – we don't charge a collection fee. Outside that area, we'll let you know in advance if a small travel or parking charge applies.
